We hope this correspondence finds you well. We have been working on a number of Solution-IV® projects that may be of interest to you and your Solution-IV System.

Over the course of the next few weeks we will provide you with a look at these projects and how they can enhance your Solution-IV experience. The only expense is the Services to install, customize and train. There are Demos available for your convenience.

The first group of 3 Enhancements are:

• Web Order Entry - Allows Sales Staff to enter orders on the Web.
• e-Order - Customers place orders on the Web.
• Customer Portal - Provides Internet access to customer related information in the Solution-IV System. Quotes, Orders, Statements, Invoices and Customer Account Information may be viewed and printed. Service calls may be requested. Orders may be tracked, and more.

These products are web-based and can be set-up on your Web Server or our Cloud Web Server. A Linux/Apache based Server will be required, or we can host the web service back to your system.
